Our group has been providing translation/ interpreting and intercultural linguistic mediation since its establishment in 1998, and its directors have been in this same business since 1992.
We are culturally and professionally competent in all linguistic fields: medical/legal, social security, legal, expert and scientific translations, EU texts, general translations, sworn translations from and into any language; interpreting; intercultural linguistic mediation and language training courses for foreigners and/or Italians.
We are competent in managing and coordinating ongoing, occasional or “on-call” jobs for Public Organisations, the Public Sector and small, medium and large private enterprises (from local companies to national and/or global company groups).
We manage all our business from our operational headquarters in Biella, Italy. Our offices are open every working day from 8.30am to 7.00pm. During these hours, there are always professional staff members present who are capable of dealing competently with any request.
We have an established and substantial portfolio of 3 to 4 years orders from the Public Sector (contracts resulting from invitations to tender) and an appropriate technical and organisational capacity. We guarantee absolute confidentiality, professionalism, prompt delivery, reliability, financial soundness and continuity of the service over time.
Our turnover in recent financial years, net of VAT, was € 500,000 in 2005, € 600,000 in 2006 and € 700,000 in 2007. Our turnover currently breaks down into: 60% translation, 30% linguistic mediation and 10% language training.

Since 1998 we have specialised in translation services from and into all languages using translators who are native target language speakers. We guarantee quality, prompt delivery, confidentiality and professionalism at low and competitive prices.

We specialise in the translation of medical, expert, legal, fiscal, social security, and sector-specific documents in the various scientific fields, relational, intercultural and multiethnic documents, correspondence, deeds and contracts, specifications, websites, company profiles and much more.

We offer an “on-call” service for the Public Sector and for companies which have limited translation requirements over the year but require the constant availability of a service provider who guarantees professionalism, commitment, fast translation delivery and continuity of the service over time.

Since 2001 we have specialised in providing interpreting services at company premises and/or conference centres.

We provide liaison, consecutive and simultaneous interpreting services with qualified professionals. We always require a minimum notice period and delivery of the associated documentation so that we can research the subject matter and obtain the relevant glossary.

On request, we rent out audio equipment for conferences and booths for simultaneous interpreting.

We have been operating in this sector since 2001 and currently manage the ongoing service for the City of Milan , local organizations and its neighbouring municipalities. We offer 50 languages and guarantee a flexible service.

We are capable of adapting to significant changes in service requirements. The service can be "ongoing" (front-office or counter) or can adapt to the changing daily requirements of Social Services/ Foreign Offices/ Juvenile Court/ Police Department/ Prefecture/ various Hospitals/ Shelters/ Community Centres/ Help Centres/ Protected Communities. We provide an “on-call” service, in person or by telephone, with or without 3-way conferencing. This service is very useful in emergencies.

For smaller municipalities and those whose requirements are limited and sporadic and involve different languages, we offer an “on-call" service with no contractual obligations.

Our language service is always complemented by the specialised intercultural translation service, in the many minority languages spoken by the different ethnic groups involved in migratory flows, offering translation of legal and medical/legal documents, academic certificates, birth certificates, vaccination certificates.

We have always provided language courses: traditional courses with a teacher, mixed individually tailored courses with high educational efficiency, and self-learning courses with automated reports and final tests.
